- Monthly maintenance including water changes, testing, scrubbing and changing filter media

Leasing program - all inclusive

- $100 up front initial investment
- $1 per gallon monthly payment for the life of the program
- One visit per month with partial water change
- Test water for Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, PH, Calcium, Alkalinity, temperature, Salinity, Phosphate, General Hardness, as needed
- Check and adjust levels as needed
- Clean substrate and filtration unit
- Check lights and timers for accuracy and replace bulbs as needed
- Clean and polish hardware
- Remove algae (wipe inside of aquarium)
- Polish outside of aquarium
- Adjust placement of plants, decorations, etc
- 30 days notice required to cancel and turn in aquarium setup
